Booking
A booking request does not hold seats. Your seats are confirmed once we have received payment and sent you a confirmation.
Cancellation by you
Cancel 72 hours or more before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure are not refunded, but you may transfer your seat to someone else.
Changes by us
We may change or cancel a trip for safety reasons, for example bad weather or flash-flood warnings. If we cancel, you can move to another date or receive a full refund.
Student discount
The student discount applies only with a valid student card shown at the meeting point.
Safety
Follow your guides' instructions at all times. Guides may stop anyone from continuing if they believe it is unsafe.
