Booking, cancellations, discounts and what to expect on the day.
Public trips often fill a week ahead. Book early for canyoning and women-only dates.
Send a booking request on the trip page. We confirm your seats on WhatsApp or by email and explain how to pay. Your seats are held once payment is received.
Join the waitlist on the trip page. If a seat opens up, we contact you in the order requests came in.
Cancel 72 hours or more before departure for a full refund. See Terms & Cancellation for the full policy.
Tick “Student” when you book for 20% off, then show a valid student card at the meeting point.
Transport from the meeting point, certified guides, safety gear and refreshments are included. Each trip page lists anything extra to bring.
Every trip has a difficulty from 1 (easy) to 5 (extreme). If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp and we will help you choose.
Women-only trips are run for women, with women guides wherever possible, so everyone can enjoy the outdoors comfortably.
